Museum Digital Transformation 2018

Museum Digital Transformation is a conference promoted by Opera del Duomo of Florence. The evolution of communication and new media technologies involves the fruition of the cultural heritage as well. The ownership of a set of 'cultural hardware' – buildings, monuments, artworks – is not sufficient anymore to produce cultural and economic wealth, to attract visitors from all over the world. MDT is an important stage where you can find speakers from some of the most important museums of the world: MET in New York, National Gallery and British Museum in London, Pinacoteca of Brera, Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.
